This document clarifies how user data and any sensitive information is handled in the app.

ADVERTISING AND AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

Google Admob: The free version of our Android application includes some ads displayed with Google Admob. Admob need internet permission to show ads. It may collect some device information. We do not use any kind of user information or save it.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect, process and use information, including ‘personal data’, that you provide or make available to us when accessing or using our App and Service. Here are some of the examples of such information:

• The information you enter on the App and Service such as your location.
• We are not having signup or login in the application so we are not collection anything like the name, email address or birthdate information.

COLLECTION AND USE OF NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

• Your location information including but not limited to IP addresses used to connect your device to the internet, GPS data and network services data
• Device-specific information relating to your device for example your device brand and model, operating system version, device language, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI or IDFA), and mobile network information (such as IMSI or MNC);

THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES

This App uses Google Firebase Analytics to track crashes and errors, as well as to evaluate user utilization of its functions and features. This service collects no user-identifiable information. Installation of this app implies acceptance of the use of Google Analytics according to Google's privacy policy.

We do not ask any user information like your name, email address, age, username, password and other registration information.

To help us improve our service we collect the following information on an anonymous basis: Operating System, Date & time, Latitude, Longitude, Accuracy (GPS), SSID (network), BSSID (network), Internal MAC address (network), Bundle ID, Device Model, Device Manufacturer, Carrier Code (Android only), Carrier Name, Sim Code, Country, and Locale. In addition to helping us to measure the usage of our app this anonymous information is shared with third parties for their business purposes, including the creation of reports, market research and trend analysis. One of these third parties is Huq, data shared does not contain information from which users can be identified and we will not provide additional information to such third parties that enables such third parties to identify you. WHAT ARE MY OPT-OUT RIGHTS?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

DATA RETENTION POLICY

We do not collect any data from any user.

MINORS

Services are not intended for or designed to attract anyone under the relevant age of consent to enter into binding legal contracts under the laws of their respective jurisdictions. Nutrition Data - Food Calorie Counter does not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information through the Services from anyone under that age. We encourage parents and guardians to be involved in the online activities of their children to ensure that no personal information is collected from a child without their consent.
